Orders & Payment
We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), UPI, Net Banking, popular wallets (Paytm, PhonePe, Google Pay), and Cash on Delivery for orders under ₹2,000.
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placing them. Once the order is in processing, changes cannot be made. Please contact support immediately if you need to make changes.
Enter your discount code in the 'Apply Coupon' field at checkout. The discount will be automatically applied to eligible items. Note that some codes may have minimum purchase requirements or exclusions.

No, our wraps are specifically designed to be safe for all devices. They use a gentle adhesive that leaves no residue and won't damage your device's surface. They can be easily removed without any harm.
Each wrap comes with detailed application instructions. Generally: clean your device thoroughly, peel the backing, align carefully, and use a card to smooth out any bubbles. Video tutorials are available on our YouTube channel.
Yes! We offer custom wrap services for bulk orders (minimum 50 pieces). Contact us at custom@wrapkro.com with your design requirements for a quote.
Shipping & Delivery
Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days. Express shipping delivers in 2-3 business days. Delivery times may vary during sale events or to remote locations.
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499. Express shipping is available at ₹99 regardless of order value.
Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can also track your order by logging into your account or contacting our support team with your order number.
Currently, we only ship within India. International shipping is coming soon! Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when we launch international delivery.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in original packaging. Items must be in the same condition as received. Custom orders and applied wraps are not eligible for return.
Contact our support team with your order number to receive a return authorization. Pack items securely in original packaging and ship within 3 days of authorization.
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The amount will be credited to your original payment method. Bank processing may take an additional 2-5 days.
We're sorry if that happened! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund immediately.
